A native of Buffalo NY, I am currently enrolled at Buffalo State College in the exclusive Television and Film Arts Program with an anticipated graduation date of May 2024.
My interest in creating began at a very young age with Legos. Constructing characters and their surroundings from hundreds of pieces scattered across the floor was important in realizing the unlimited possibilities of creating. I began making stop-motion films with Lego figures and props. This launched my interest in how films are made and I watched every “behind the scenes” available and began to develop a better understanding of the process of how films are made.
In high school, I gained experience filming and broadcasting the school morning news segments. This improved my ability to work within a group to meet deadlines.
Throughout this program, I have learned more about each role required on the film set and how each role works together to create films. As well, as gaining practical experience by working with classmates to make films. My intent during the remainder of this program is to further develop my skills and techniques in the art of filmmaking and to continue exploring various aspects of the entertainment industry.
